Day 10 21-Day Challenge

"I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd." John 10:16 NIV

Early in Jesus' ministry he is telling the Jews that they are not God's "only" people - there are others. And He pouts forth the idea of unity - one flock and one shepherd. God's perfect plan for the church and it has gotten so far off-track. God wants us unified as His one church and we can't even get along within our own local church family. God must be dismayed with our choices and our actions.

God, forgive me for the times I treat the church as my own turf. Help me see Your plan for the unity of the church - one flock and One Shepherd. Thank You for the Shepherd. Amen
